All said, I think the girl was lucky to wake up when she did. Also, given the conservative glasses and the unlikely scenario of sleeping through 56 stars, I tend to believe the tattoo artist.

I'm with you on this one. There is absolutely no way that girl was asleep the whole time and she didn't say anything until after she got home. She obviously saw what she looked like before she left the tattoo parlor. He has simple glasses as to not take away from any of the tattoos on his face or crazy piercing :)
I heard this story on the radio and according to the tatoo artist, the 56 stars was exactly what she ordered but only started complaining after disapproval from her father and being dumped by her boyfriend.
I am SO with the tatoo artist on that. How could you possibly fall asleep with a horrific man like that looking over your face?
